As an OT Security Consultant, you will assess industrial infrastructures, design secure architectures, and support the implementation of security solutions that protect critical operations. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to balance cybersecurity requirements with operational continuity, contributing to complex transformation and security improvement initiatives across industrial environments.\nYour tasks\nAssess OT and ICS environments and identify security risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities\nConduct OT security maturity assessments and define security roadmaps\nDesign and implement secure OT security architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices\nSupport the deployment and optimization of OT monitoring and threat detection solutions\nAdvise on secure integration between OT and IT environments\nDesign and implement secure remote access solutions for industrial systems\nSupport network segmentation initiatives and the adoption of Zero Trust principles in OT environments\nCollaborate with security operations teams on threat detection, incident analysis, and response activities\nProvide technical consulting and guidance throughout complex industrial cybersecurity programs\nYour profile\nExperience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or industrial cybersecurity environments\nStrong understanding of OT ecosystems, industrial networks, and OT/IT integration\nHands-on experience with networking technologies across enterprise and industrial environments\nKnowledge of secure remote access solutions and infrastructure within OT landscapes\nExperience with OT security monitoring platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, or similar solutions\nSolid background in infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, storage, servers, and system administration\nExperience in incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring activities\nConsulting mindset with the ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective security solutions\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCNA, or equivalent security certifications will be an advantage\nNeed to know\nThis role involves working with critical industrial and operational environments where security and business continuity are equally important.\nYou may support international clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.\nDepending on project requirements, occasional travel may be required.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
