Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYour role\nPayroll & Rewards Business Transformation Consultant is a professional responsible for supporting bigger streams of work or leading smaller projects and conversation with internal and external clients on the design, development, and optimization of HR processes within an organization.\nYour tasks\nProcess Assessment: Takes part in comprehensive evaluations of existing Payroll/Rewards processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses.\nProcess Design: Develops and designs efficient and scalable HR processes (with focus on payroll, compensation & benefits), aligning them with best practices and industry standards.\nDocumentation: Creates clear, user-friendly process maps and standard operating procedures as well as process assessment outcome reports depending on project requirements.\nChange Management: Supports change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.\nCompliance and Risk Management: Ensures that HR processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.\nData Analysis: Utilizes HR data analytics to measure the impact of process changes and provide insights for continuous improvement.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Works closely with internal and external HR Teams and other departments in all project stages: requirements gathering, HR process design and project implementation.\nIndustry Trends: Stays current with HR and R2P industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.\nYour profile\nMinimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of HR with solid understanding of Payroll/Compensation & Benefits processes.\nExperience supporting transitions, scope expansion or/and improvement initiatives.\n\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for analysis, documentation and presentations.\nFoundational knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HCM or equivalent).\nAbility to apply compliance, regulatory and risk requirements to HR processes.\nStrong analytical capabilities and comfort working with HR data.\nAdvanced English for effective communication in global project environments.\nConsulting mindset: structured thinking, stakeholder management and value-driven delivery.\nWhat You'll love about working here\n Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
