As part of a Service Line team, you’ll be empowered to provide:\nOwn and govern platform architecture across Managed Services contracts\nDevelop and implement resilience strategies covering business continuity and disaster recovery.\nAssess vulnerabilities across IT landscapes and business processes.\nDesign and assure failover and recovery solutions.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to embed resilience into security frameworks.\nLead resilience testing, simulations, and scenario planning.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nProvide best-practice guidance to technical teams.\nAct as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.\nYou can bring your whole self to work. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.\nYour skills and experience\nProven experience as an architect for a Kubernetes-based platform (preferably OpenShift) operating in data centre and cloud hosted environments.\nProven experience in platform architecture, disaster recovery, or business continuity.\nExperience working in Agile programmes.\nExperience in complex Managed Services environments.\nStrong technical knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.\nKnowledge of ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL, or equivalent frameworks.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.\nRelevant certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, or TOGAF are desirable.\nWe are a Disability Confident Employer\nCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
