Where no two days are the same.\nYour Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Platform Release Manager to lead the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of releases across a complex technology landscape. You will serve as the central coordination point for cross-functional teams, ensuring that applications, data platforms, integrations, and infrastructure components are released in a controlled, compatible, and production-ready manner.\nThis role requires strong stakeholder management, release governance expertise, and a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Testing, DevOps, Support, and Business teams to ensure successful deployments while minimizing risk and maintaining operational stability\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and maintain the integrated release calendar for feature releases, maintenance releases, hotfixes, and deployment rollouts.\nCoordinate dependencies across applications, data products, integrations, pipelines, and platform services.\nManage release scope, ensuring only approved and validated changes are included.\nOversee release readiness activities and drive progression through development, testing, validation, and production approval stages.\nFacilitate go/no-go decisions by consolidating testing results, deployment readiness, business approvals, and risk assessments.\nLead deployment planning, execution coordination, rollback preparedness, and incident escalation when required.\nEnsure release artifacts, versioning, and production deployments are fully traceable and governed.\nCoordinate multi-site rollouts and ensure consistent adoption of approved release baselines.\nCommunicate release status, risks, timelines, deployment outcomes, and post-release learnings to stakeholders.\nYour Profile\n5+ years of experience in Release Management, Project Management, Program Management, Release Train Engineering, or a related delivery leadership role.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of project and program management principles, including planning, risk management, stakeholder management, dependency management, and governance.\nExperience managing complex releases across multiple teams, applications, data platforms, integrations, and infrastructure environments.\nWorking knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, with experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) highly preferred.\nExperience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or working closely within a SAFe Agile Release Train environment.\nStrong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including branching strategies, version control, release tagging, artifact management, and environment promotion.\nExperience with release planning, deployment governance, production readiness assessments, rollback strategies, and change management processes.\nKnowledge of software testing practices, including integration testing, regression testing, System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge readiness assessments and drive informed release decisions.\nProven ability to manage risks, resolve cross-team dependencies, and coordinate successful production releases in complex enterprise environments.\nPreferred Experience:\nSAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Agilist, PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.\nExperience working in regulated, highly governed, or business-critical environments.\nFamiliarity with industrial data platforms and technologies such as Cognite, Snowflake, SnapLogic, HighByte, MQTT, and Unified Namespace (UNS) architectures.\nWhat you'll love about working here\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. \nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance. \nHybrid work. \nYour career growth is central to our mission.
