This role offers broad exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to take ownership of initiatives as the business continues to evolve.\nYour tasks\nCoordinate Executive Committee (ExCo) activities, including meeting logistics, travel arrangements, agendas, and action tracking.\nPrepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for senior leadership.\nCollaborate with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.\nTrack, monitor, and report on actions, deliverables, and key priorities.\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects and initiatives.\nEstablish structure and governance around meetings, actions, and reporting processes.\nBuild effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.\nTake on additional responsibilities and lead projects as the role develops.\nYour profile\n2-3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, business support, administration, or a similar role.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach and strong follow-through.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.\nComfortable engaging with senior leaders and navigating a corporate environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
