Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solution Architect / System Integration Specialist / Solution Engineer. This role is critical in delivering end-to-end Telco solutions, from design and architecture to integration, validation, and migration. The ideal candidate will ensure technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery in complex environments for Policy solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze requirements and define product-level implementation.\nDesign High-Level and Low-Level architectures, including IP and network design.\nDefine detailed use cases in alignment with SoW and 3GPP standards.\nPrepare CIQ and technical documentation.\nDevelop and validate policy rules.\nCreate and execute test strategies, including SVS and test lists.\nPrepare onboarding files and perform software installation & configuration.\nExecute integration, validation, and customer acceptance activities.\nProvide troubleshooting, tracing, and monitoring support.\nDevelop scripts for automation and operational efficiency.\nManage Go Live activities and migration of traffic, data, and subscribers.\nConduct technical risk analysis and produce tracking reports.\nTechnical Skills and Experience:\nProven experience in Telco software solution development and/or integration.\nStrong background in High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation.\nAdvanced software development and integration capabilities.\nProficiency in Unix/Linux OS and databases (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL).\nExpertise in TCP/IP and protocols: Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy), HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, REST, SNMP.\nSolid understanding of network architectures and international standards (3GPP, ETSI).\nCloud technologies knowledge (VNF, CNF) and platforms (CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift).\nFamiliarity with Policy solutions (5780DSC, SPS-P, NPC) is an advantage.\nExperience in application integration projects, especially in multi-DB or complex environments.\nKnowledge of payment systems, mobile network integration, VoLTE & IMS.\nPrevious experience with OSS/BSS frameworks.\nSolution Architect certification or equivalent experience is a plus.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong leadership and team collaboration.\nExcellent reporting and documentation skills.\nCustomer-oriented mindset and relationship management.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nWhat you will love about working here?\nWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
