Job Description Role Summary Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a next-generation AI platform that enables scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions across multiple product teams. Own the platform roadmap, engineering standards, model lifecycle, and adoption outcomes while driving innovation at the forefront of AI. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the AI platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model. Lead platform services including model serving, agent runtime, workflow orchestration, tenancy, metering, observability, and governance. Drive build-vs-buy decisions across AI infrastructure, open-source technologies, and commercial platforms. Establish AI evaluation, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and feedback loops to continuously improve platform capabilities.
