Introduce them in a way that shapes and advances the client's engineering maturity.\nBring industry trends, innovation and Capgemini assets (accelerators, frameworks, partner ecosystem) to the client's architecture agenda. Position them as joint opportunities.\nLead communities of architect and engineering practitioners and ensure consistent solution practices across engagements.\nApprove or challenge architecture decisions across Capgemini-led engagements, convene architecture reviews and mobilise domain specialists where additional expertise is required.\nClient Advisory & Strategic Engagement:\nServe as a trusted advisor to client executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.\nFacilitate strategic planning discussions, transformation roadmaps, and investment priorities.\nProvide thought leadership across application modernisation, cloud adoption, software engineering, integration, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage technology, data, and automation to improve business outcomes and reduce risk.\nSolution Leadership:\nReview the architecture, design and assurance of complex, enterprise-scale solutions.\nProvide oversight across cloud-native applications, integration platforms, APIs, data services, digital platforms, and security architectures.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nResolve complex cross-domain architecture challenges and technical risks.\nBusiness Development & Growth:\nSupport account growth by shaping opportunities, proposals, and strategic pursuits.\nLead solution development for major bids, renewals, and transformation programmes.\nContribute to customer technology strategies that create long-term growth opportunities.\nWork closely with commercial and delivery leaders to balance innovation, risk, and profitability.\nDelivery Assurance:\nProvide architecture oversight across delivery programmes and managed services.\nEnsure solution quality throughout discovery, design, implementation, and operational transition.\nSupport major programme governance forums and executive steering committees.\nIdentify and manage strategic technology risks and dependencies.\nPeople & Capability leadership:\nMentor and develop Solution Architects, Domain Architects and Technical Leads.\nDrive architecture capability growth, standards, and professional development.\nFoster knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across the architecture community.\nSupport resource planning, recruitment, succession planning, and capability uplift activities.\nYour profile:\nSignificant experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Technology Leadership roles.\nProven ability to lead architecture across complex, multi-vendor and enterprise-scale environments, and engaging with key software partners. \nExperience operating as a lead architect, account architect, or chief architect for strategic clients.\nStrong background in cloud platforms, application modernisation, software engineering, integration and API architectures, digital platforms, and data services.\nStrong communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior client executives.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience supporting large pursuits, business cases, and account growth activities.\nExperience leading architecture governance and assurance activities.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nExperience within Defence, Government, Critical Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable.\nPreferred qualifications & success measures:\nBachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.\nTOGAF,SAFe, Azure, AWS, or equivalent architecture certifications.\nExperience with modern cloud and platform ecosystems.\nTrusted advisor status with senior client stakeholders.\nGrowth of the account through technology-led opportunities.\nQuality and consistency of architecture governance and delivery outcomes.\nSuccessful shaping of strategic transformation initiatives.\nDevelopment of architecture capability and succession within the account.\nPositive client satisfaction and technology leadership outcomes.\nWhat you'll love about working here:\nWe recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
