Your Role
As a Product Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a key role in supporting Product Leads and cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Campaign Technology, Data Science, and Marketing Technology initiatives. You will help transform business objectives into actionable product requirements while ensuring alignment across stakeholders, delivery teams, and strategic priorities.
In this role, you will combine business analysis, Agile delivery support, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful product outcomes. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between business and technical teams, maintaining delivery visibility, and supporting continuous improvement across product development processes.
Responsibilities & Scope
Product Analysis & Requirements Management
- Elicit, analyze, and document business objectives, user needs, operational processes, business rules, data requirements, constraints, and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into:

- Process Flows
- Functional Documentation
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
- Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions.
Backlog & Agile Delivery Support
- Manage and maintain backlog readiness within Jira.
- Support backlog prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
- Ensure delivery teams have sufficient clarity to execute effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Stakeholder Workshops
- Help drive continuous delivery and product maturity across workstreams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Product Leads, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Campaign Operations, Data Science, and Business teams.
- Facilitate discussions that drive alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and ensure it is reflected appropriately within product roadmaps and requirements.
- Communicate technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences.
Delivery Governance & Reporting
- Monitor dependencies, risks, decisions, action items, and delivery milestones across multiple teams.
- Prepare status reports, KPI dashboards, roadmap summaries, and leadership updates.
- Support release readiness activities including stakeholder communications, acceptance reviews, and post-release follow-up.
- Ensure transparency across product delivery efforts and maintain governance artifacts.
Process Improvement & Product Operations
- Analyze delivery and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain documentation including:
- Product Specifications
- Process Maps
- Business Rules
- Data Definitions
- Decision Logs
- Support standardization of product management and delivery practices across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence programs.
AI-Enabled Product Analysis
- Utilize approved AI tools to support:
- Requirements generation and refinement
- Meeting synthesis
- Documentation improvement
- Gap analysis
- Backlog optimization
- Reporting automation
- Apply responsible AI practices while validating outputs and maintaining data integrity.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
