This role works closely with Product Managers,\ndata engineering, and business stakeholders to translate roadmap priorities\ninto actionable requirements, ensuring the reliable and scalable delivery of\ndata solutions that support reporting, analytics, and operational needs. The\nProduct Lead drives backlog execution, data quality, and cross system\nintegration while ensuring adherence to enterprise data governance and platform\nstandards. This role plays a key part in enabling consistent, trusted, and accessible\ndata across the organization through disciplined delivery and stakeholder\ncollaboration.\nProduct strategy and roadmap into detailed features, user stories, and\ndata product requirements, including data models, transformations, and\nintegration needs.\nYour Profile\nPartner with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure high\nquality, scalable, and timely delivery of data solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data\nneeds and metrics, and validate solutions against business outcomes.\nDefine and document data definitions, lineage, and acceptance\ncriteria to ensure consistency, usability, and transparency.\nParticipate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and\nbacklog refinement, to support effective delivery.\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation,\ntesting, and monitoring practices.\nSupport integration efforts across systems, ensuring accurate and\ntimely data flow between upstream and downstream platforms.\nTrack and communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and\nimpacts across systems and data pipelines.\nSupport user acceptance testing, releases, and post launch\nvalidation of data products and reporting outputs.\nDrive continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback, data\nusage insights, and performance metrics.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise standards, data governance,\nsecurity, and compliance requirements.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in product management, data product delivery,\nbusiness analysis, or related discipline.\nExperience working with data warehouse platforms, data pipelines, and system\nintegrations in an enterprise environment.\nExperience translating business requirements into detailed user stories, data\nrequirements, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience working in agile environments and partnering closely with engineering, QA, and delivery teams.\nExperience managing product backlogs and supporting end-to-end delivery of data or integration solutions.\nExperience working with enterprise data platforms, cloud data warehouses, or modern data stack technologies.\nExperience with ETL or ELT processes, data integration tools, and data transformation\nExperience with data governance, data quality, and metadata or lineage practices.\nExperience working across multiple systems and managing dependencies in complex data\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data and integration challenges.\nAbility to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and\nmeasurable outcomes.\nEffective collaboration across engineering, QA, and business teams to drive aligned\nWhat you’ll love\nEmpowered Careers with Purpose: Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.\nGrowth and Learning at Every Step: Access continuous learning through internal academies, certifications and mentorship.\nOwn your growth: Open access to digital learning platforms\nAbout Capgemini\nCapgemini (Footer)\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
