This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and help organisations transform through the delivery of innovative digital products and services.\nIdeally, you will have experience working in agile and waterfall delivery environments, along with either previous consulting experience, or experience delivering products and services in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a product professional who is passionate about being at the forefront of digital transformation and creating products and services that deliver measurable outcomes for users and organisations.\nYour role\nProduct Ownership & Delivery\nOwn and manage product backlogs, ensuring priorities align with user needs, business objectives, and delivery goals.\nTranslate strategic outcomes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\nWork closely with delivery teams to ensure products are delivered effectively and provide measurable value.\nSupport agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.\nMake informed prioritisation decisions using data, user research, service performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback.\nUser-Centred Service Design\nChampion user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle.\nCollaborate with User Researchers and Service Designers to understand user needs and identify opportunities for service improvement.\nEnsure product decisions are evidence-based and aligned with GDS principles where applicable.\nContribute to the design and optimisation of end-to-end user journeys across digital channels.\nProduct Governance & Process\nContribute to service assessments and ensure products are prepared for Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.\nEnsure accessibility, usability, and inclusion are considered throughout delivery.\nUnderstand and navigate sector governance, assurance processes, and stakeholder environments.\nWork with policy, operational, and technology teams to balance user needs with organisational requirements.\nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.\nFacilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align priorities.\nCommunicate product objectives, risks, dependencies, and progress clearly to stakeholders.\nSupport senior product leaders in shaping product vision and strategic direction.\nYou can bring your whole self to work.
