# Production Support Engineer (Databricks)

Your Role Own the resolution of critical P1/P2 incidents, ensuring minimal business impact and SLA compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during incidents, escalations, and service reviews. Lead RCA activities and drive permanent fixes to improve platform stability and reliability. Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless support operations and issue resolution. Provide expert support for Databricks, GCP, Airflow, and data platforms, operating independently in a fast-paced production environment. Your Profile Strong hands-on experience on troubleshooting and production-support, supporting Databricks, GCP, and Airflow in production environments. Proven ability to independently manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents with a strong focus on SLA compliance. Advanced troubleshooting skills in Data Engineering platforms, including ANSI SQL and production data pipelines. Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
