YOUR ROLE
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes, ensuring their reliability, performance, and smooth operation.
- Analyse business processes and process documentation to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
- Assess and select the most suitable technologies for each use case, including RPA, AI, OCR, and Communications Mining, considering both technical and business needs.
- Manage, optimize, and further develop the existing automation infrastructure, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Understand and evaluate how automation solutions interact with business processes, stakeholders, and operational environments.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and expansion of automation capabilities while proactively promoting new development standards, best practices, and innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate within international and cross-functional teams, contributing to projects through Agile methodologies and project management practices.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in RPA development (UiPath), with the ability to design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate; knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.
- Understanding of business process analysis, process documentation, and identification of automation opportunities.Knowledge of AI, OCR, Communications Mining, and intelligent automation technologies.
- Experience managing and continuously improving automation solutions and infrastructure.
- Ability to assess business requirements and select the most suitable automation technologies.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong interest in new technologies and innovation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams, working within Agile environments.
