The role leads the program from both business and IT perspectives, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to deliver the agreed target state and business outcomes.\nYour Role\nLead the overall planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Users’ Onboarding program.\nCoordinate business and IT workstreams, including HR, Identity & Access Management, Collaboration (M365), End User Computing, Service Management, Payroll, and application onboarding.\nManage cross-functional dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and global teams.\nMonitor program progress, budgets, resources, and delivery readiness.\nEscalate and resolve blockers impacting timelines, scope, or quality.\nYour Profile\n6+ years of Project Management experience.\n2+ years of Program Management experience.\nRetail experience is a plus.\nProject and Program Management demonstrable skills.\nProject Management certification is a plus (PMP, Prince, or similar).\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nFlexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations.\nCommunities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and society.\nDo you want to learn more?
