Working with a high degree of independence, you will provide strategic direction, ensure cross-project alignment, and drive the successful execution of critical initiatives.\nAs a Program Manager, you will demonstrate advanced project management mastery and strong leadership capabilities, enabling you to influence senior stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across multiple workstreams.\nYour responsabilities\nLead projects and programs independently, with full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, resources, and quality of delivery\nDefine, structure, and drive integrated project and program plans, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths across initiatives\nMaintain oversight of interdependencies between projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives\nManage budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation across cross-functional teams\nEngage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership, facilitating decision-making and resolving complex issues proactively\nEnsure timely, high-quality execution of critical initiatives in regulated Life Sciences environments\nOptimize project and program governance, contributing to process improvements and scalable ways of working\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers when applicable, fostering delivery excellence and PM maturity across teams\nYour profile\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field\n5 to 8 years of experience in project and/or program management, with proven SME experience and a strong delivery track record\nDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs, ideally within the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry\nAdvanced mastery of project and program management methodologies, tools, and governance models\nStrong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions\nSolid experience in budget management, resource planning, and cross-functional execution\nGood understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level, presentation-ready materials for steering committees and leadership\nFluent in English and French (written and spoken)\nStrategic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments\nWhat you'll love about working here\nA performance culture built on trust and impact : At Capgemini, we take a human-centric approach to performance and leadership.
