You will monitor projects progress efficiently through established systems and processes while maintaining data accuracy, regulatory compliance and alignment across cross-functional teams.\nYour tasks\nLead end-to-end execution of product launches, modifications, and delistings.\nManage project data, workflows, and execution readiness across business systems.\nCoordinate activities across Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Market teams.\nMonitor project milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.\nManage change requests, documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records.\nSupport UPC code management, artwork and print verification, and product compliance activities.\nEnsure accurate tracking of execution progress and effective stakeholder communication.\nContribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and delivery performance.\nYour profile\nMin. 4 years of experience in project execution, project management, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or a related field.\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field \nExperience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, planning, and risk management skills.\nProficiency with business systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, product development, or regulated industries is preferred.\nContinuous improvement mindset and proactive approach with willingness to adapt to changing processes and tools.\nFluent English.\nReadiness to work in a shift system (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.\n\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
