This individual will be responsible for driving sprint execution, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders while maintaining clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, priorities, and overall execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including:\nSprint Planning\nDaily Standups\nSprint Reviews\nRetrospectives\nManage sprint execution and track progress toward delivery goals.\nIdentify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.\nCoordinate work across Product, Engineering, QA, and external teams.\nProvide weekly status updates covering:\nProgress\nRisks\nBlockers\nUpcoming milestones\nEnsure delivery commitments remain realistic and achievable.\nDrive accountability and follow-through on action items.\nSupport continuous improvement of Agile processes and team effectiveness.\nCommunicate delivery status to leadership and stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.\nStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.\nExperience managing software development projects and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.\n#LI_SS1\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certification.\nExperience working with distributed teams.\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.\nExposure to cloud-based applications, APIs, and enterprise software delivery.\nKey Success Factors\nStrong delivery ownership.\nProactive risk management.\nClear and concise stakeholder communication.\nAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities.\nFocus on delivering business outcomes, not just completing tasks.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 to $174,000\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
