The Group reported 2025 global revenues of €22.5 billion.\nRole Overview\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects within the Attack Simulation Group, including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming and Bespoke Assessments.\nThe role includes managing project timelines, schedules and logistics to support the timely and efficient delivery of services. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams to allocate resources, track project progress and ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards.\nThe Project Manager will also manage project budgets, monitor costs and ensure efficient resource utilisation. Other responsibilities include managing the tools and technologies required for project delivery, maintaining project documentation, communicating updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve team processes and service delivery.\nJob Description\nProject Management\nOversee the execution of Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming and Bespoke Assessment projects.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans.\nMonitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.\nCoordinate and schedule resources based on project requirements.\nLogistical Coordination\nCoordinate project logistics, including tool setup, environment preparation and client arrangements.\nIdentify potential project roadblocks and work with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.\nBudget and Cost Management\nManage project budgets and monitor project-related expenditure.\nTrack resource allocation and ensure that projects are delivered cost-effectively.\nTool and Technology Management\nManage the tools and technologies required for project delivery, licensing, renewals, usage and associated costs.\nAssess and recommend improvements or new tools where appropriate.\nStakeholder Communication\nProvide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.\nCoordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.\nCommunicate technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, deliverables and progress reports.\nEnsure that project records comply with applicable organisational standards.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve project workflows, team efficiency and service delivery.\nImplement practical measures to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables.\n Job Requirements\nProven experience managing complex projects, preferably within cybersecurity, technology or IT consulting.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.\nExperience in budget planning, cost monitoring and financial reporting.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming and Purple Teaming.\nExperience managing software tools, licensing, renewals and associated costs.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.\nLet’s talk about what’s in it for you!\nPassionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
