In this role, you will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. You will act as a key interface between business, technical, quality, and regulatory teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.\nYou will play a critical role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of Life Sciences projects.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nManaging end-to-end project delivery across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare environments\nCoordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Engineering\nDeveloping and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies\nEnsuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, GMP, GxP, and quality standards throughout project execution\nLeading governance meetings, tracking project performance, and providing clear communication to stakeholders and senior management\nDriving technology transfer, process improvement, digital transformation, validation, or operational excellence initiatives depending on project needs\nIdentifying project risks, managing issue resolution, and implementing mitigation actions to ensure successful outcomes\nSupporting organizational change management and fostering collaboration across global and multidisciplinary teams\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for a proactive and results-oriented project management professional with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and its regulatory environment.\nYou bring:\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, or related Life Sciences sectors\nProven experience managing cross-functional projects involving quality, regulatory, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or product development activities\nA solid understanding of GMP/GxP environments and the challenges associated with regulated industries\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority\nExperience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks in complex organizational environments\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nFluency in French; additional languages such as English are considered a strong asset\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are considered an advantage\nWhat you'll love about working here\nWell-being Hub - The global Well-Being Hub connects employees across various facets of well-being: work-life balance, working hours and network growth.\nCareer acceleration programs - From associate to leaders and beyond, get support in your career at every stage with award-winning programs such as our leadership development program, Connected Manager, to accelerate your growth and develop your expertise.\n Mentoring programs - Capgemini empowers women at all career stages with programs spanning STEM education to career reentry.
