The successful candidate will be responsible for managing network access deployment projects for enterprise customers, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.\nThis role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end telecommunications network projects, specifically focusing on the installation and delivery of network access services without customer-premises equipment deployment.\nCoordinate project activities across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.\nAct as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nMaintain constant communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, milestones, and delivery timelines.\nMonitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure objectives are achieved.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational processes.\nFacilitate project meetings, status reports, and stakeholder reviews.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.\nOperate effectively in high-pressure environments, demonstrating strong stress management and problem-solving capabilities.\nYOUR PROFILE\nProven experience as a Project Manager within the Telecommunications sector.\nExperience managing network deployment and connectivity/access projects for enterprise customers.\nPractical experience with one or more of the following methodologies: Agile; Scrum; Kanban; Waterfall.\nStrong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.\nStrong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities.\nExperience managing project risks, dependencies, and timelines.\nProficiency in project reporting and progress tracking.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
