The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, investigating quality issues, managing defects throughout their lifecycle, and working closely with global teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nFluent English communication is required, as this role involves daily interaction with international stakeholders.\nWhat you'll do\nCreate, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test cycles across multiple releases.\nExecute both manual and automated testing activities.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nAnalyze test results and clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations.\nTrack, prioritize, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.\nPerform root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve product quality and test effectiveness.\nParticipate in defect triage and quality review sessions.\nReview business and technical requirements to ensure completeness, clarity, and testability.\nCollaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.\nMonitor testing progress and quality metrics.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality engineering and testing practices.\nSupport test automation efforts and identify opportunities to increase automation coverage.\nMaintain effective communication with internal and external teams when required.\nMust-have requirements\nFluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.\nExperience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.\nStrong experience with manual testing and test execution.\nExperience creating and managing test plans, test cases, and test cycles.\nExperience with defect management and root cause analysis.\nExperience with Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools.\nKnowledge of regression testing methodologies and quality analysis.\nExperience participating in defect triage activities.\nBasic understanding of software architecture and development processes.\nKnowledge of Git version control.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nBasic coding knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI solutions.\nAbility to leverage AI for:Test case generation\nTest data creation\nDefect analysis\nRoot cause investigation\nReporting and documentation\nProductivity improvements within Quality Engineering activities\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Playwright automation framework.\nExperience with TypeScript or JavaScript.\nKnowledge of BDD frameworks and practices.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.\nKnowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.\nExperience maintaining and enhancing automated test suites.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based applications and DevOps practices.\nWhat we offer\nMeal voucher (R$ 41,35)\n\nBradesco health insurance (No discount and no co-payment -
