You don’t need to meet every requirement listed - if you have relevant experience and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.\nAbout the job you're considering\nWe’re currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing and exciting profession of 100 BAs ranging from apprentices starting out on their careers to BAs with many years of experience with different clients, all of whom work together to deliver value for our clients, whilst continually sharing knowledge and expertise.\nHybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. You will be required to travel to our office based in Telford on average 3 days per week.\nIf you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)\nYour role\nAs a Business Analyst, you’ll work with business stakeholders to define their requirements, translate these into user stories, and define acceptance criteria.\nCollaborating with solution architects and other technical subject matter experts to deliver an end-to-end solution which meets clients’ requirements\nPlaying a pivotal role in projects as part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team. \nBe highly customer focused and responsible for building stakeholder relationships. \nYour skills and experience\nWe understand that taking time away from the industry can mean you haven’t had the opportunity to work with the latest technologies or tools. We’ll explore how we can support you in refreshing and developing your skills.\nWe'd love to talk to someone with experience in some of the following:\nWorking on user-centred product or service development projects. \nWorking in a technical environment.\nComfortable working closely with solution architects and other technical subject matter experts supporting technical requirements. \nDefining business process changes.\nWorking in a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team, facilitating, and supporting the end-to-end delivery. \nSupporting and developing other BAs through activities such as mentoring.\nThe use of ALM Tooling.\nIncorporating a sustainability mindset into solutions.\nIt would be great if you have experience in some of the areas below, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box.
