Long Description Your Role & Responsibilities: Engage directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and priorities. Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Consultants, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented. Long Description Support Salesforce solution design from a functional and business perspective. Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and UAT activities. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of scenarios and validation of business outcomes.
