Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nIn this role, you should expect to:\nConfigure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, translating business requirements into functional configurations.\nManage products, product bundles, price books, discount schedules, product rules, and price rules.\nConfigure and maintain quote templates, quote terms, and pricing and quoting processes.\nParticipate in SIT/UAT testing phases, supporting defect analysis and resolution.\nProvide Level 2 functional support for incidents and service requests related to CPQ, pricing, and contracting.\nCollaborate with business users and technical teams, maintaining functional documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nYOUR PROFILE\n2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and strong knowledge of its core functionalities.\nExperience working within the Salesforce Lightning Experience environment.\nProven background supporting both Build & Run delivery models.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdditional advantages include Salesforce CPQ Certification, Sales Cloud experience, exposure to global environments, and familiarity with Apex, Flows, integrations, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
