The Group reported 2024 global revenues of €22.1 billion.\nJob Description\nWork with architects, functional consultants and analysts with the aim of delivering overall value to the customer with Salesforce as the core solution.\nRefer to technical requirements, actively own and act on work items to complete the desired functionalities.\nIf applicable, propose alternative solutions based on your experience and other point of views with the team.\nDevelop automation using Apex and custom UI using LWC / OmniScript / Visualforce.\nAs appropriate, collaborate with functional team members in customizing objects including objects creation, page layouts, fields, record types etc.\nFollow established technical governance and best practices in all development work.\nContribute to technical related documentation such as technical specifications. \nParticipate actively in all activities throughout the project lifecycle. \nPromptly assist in the resolution of bugs identified.\nProactively identify development and technical risks, propose mitigation plans and flag to the team accordingly.\nRequirement\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development\nCertified in Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator\nThe following Salesforce certificates will be an added advantage: Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Consultant Certificates\nExperience in writing Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce etc. is desired\nKnowledge or understanding of project lifecycle\nKnowledge or working experience in public sector is preferred but not mandatory\nDeep understanding of Salesforce technical requirements, system configuration, development and deployment\nExperience with CI/CD tools, release management and integration are preferred\nAbility to work/meet deadlines\nExcellent verbal and written skills\nLet's talk about what's in it for you!\nPassionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
