Working closely with marketing, CRM, data, and business stakeholders, you will design, build, and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation, lead nurturing programmes, and personalised digital experiences.\nYou will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable marketing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, consent management, analytics, and digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale customer engagement initiatives while helping to shape best practices across campaign delivery, marketing automation, lead management, and personalisation.\nKey Responsibilities of the Role\nConfigure, administer, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce Personalisation platforms, including user management, security, integrations, and environment configuration.\nDesign, build, test, and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programmes, forms, landing pages, email journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows.\nConfigure and manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, grading models, engagement programmes, dynamic content, and personalisation rules to support marketing and sales objectives.\nCollaborate with CRM, Data Cloud, analytics, and business teams to ensure accurate customer data flows, campaign targeting, consent management, and performance reporting.\nSupport campaign execution, monitoring, optimisation, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring successful delivery across email, web, and digital engagement channels.\nProduce and maintain solution documentation, campaign specifications, configuration artefacts, testing evidence, and operational support procedures.\n YOUR PROFILE\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Personalisation, including administration, configuration, campaign development, and platform optimisation.\nExperience building end-to-end marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, email automation, customer journeys, and personalised digital experiences.\nKnowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP, marketing analytics, consent management, customer data models, and marketing technology integrations.\nExperience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dynamic content, API integrations, and data-driven marketing solutions within enterprise environments.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, testing, problem-solving, and delivery skills, with experience working in Agile marketing technology or digital transformation programmes.\n WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?\nCraft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth;\nOur commitment to maintain high ethical standards ensuring Diversity, Sustainability and Inclusion in our business practises;\nBe a part of our professional communities role framework which promotes professional growth, career development and enhances Sogeti’s capabilities across different domains.\nPart of the Capgemini Group, Sogeti makes business value through technology for organizations that need to implement innovation at speed and want a local partner with global scale.
