The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, mentor offshore development teams, and drive solution design and delivery for enterprise Salesforce implementations.\nYour Role\nLead Salesforce Experience Cloud projects from design through deployment.\nEngage directly with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions.\nLead and mentor offshore development teams.\nDevelop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.\nDesign and configure Experience Cloud sites, branding, navigation, and security.\nIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.\nDesign scalable data models and implement Salesforce security best practices.\nManage CI/CD and release processes using Git and Copado.\nSupport troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployments.\nYour Skills and Experience\n5+ years of Salesforce development experience.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.\nExperience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.\nExperience in solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.\nHands-on experience with Copado and CI/CD practices.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nSalesforce Platform Developer I/II\nSalesforce Experience Cloud Consultant\nSalesforce Architect certifications\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
