Your Role As an French speaking SAP Application Support Consultant, you will combine your SAP functional expertise with hands-on application support to keep critical business processes running effectively. You will work closely with business key users and distributed technical teams, taking ownership of issues through diagnosis, resolution or effective escalation. Own L2 incidents and service requests, performing functional and technical analysis across SAP processes, data, integrations and interfaces. Resolve issues within your functional scope and escalate complex cases to L3 with clear diagnostics, business impact and supporting evidence.
