As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.\nYOUR ROLE\nOperate and monitor SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere environments to ensure system stability and performance.\nManage user administration, roles, and authorizations in alignment with security and governance requirements.\nGovern user access, roles, and authorizations in accordance with security, compliance, and segregation-of-duties requirements, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to internal governance standards.\nMonitor and support the execution of data integration processes, pipelines, and system interfaces across SAP and non-SAP sources.\nManage lifecycle of SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere environments, including tenant administration, platform configuration, release and upgrade coordination, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.\nPerform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination of issue resolution with technical and functional teams.\nSupport transport management, system housekeeping, and release activities.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configuration records.\nEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and access control standards.\nCollaborate with data engineers, consultants, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth platform operations and integrations.\nYOUR PROFILE\nHands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).\nStrong experience with SAP Datasphere.\nProven experience with SAP and non-SAP data integration, pipelines, and system interfaces.\nPractical experience with user, role, authorization, and access administration.\nSolid hands-on experience with platform monitoring, performance management, troubleshooting, transport management, and system housekeeping.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, consultants, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience in structured problem solving and incident coordination.\nExperience onboarding and mentoring new colleagues.\nWHAT WE´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
