This role requires a strong combination of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) expertise, program leadership, financial management, and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex SAP programs valued at $10M-$15M+, managing client relationships, driving governance, and leading transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.\nThis individual will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, lead steering committee discussions, oversee project financials, manage contractual commitments, and ensure successful business outcomes through SAP-enabled transformation programs.\nProject Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way. Responsible for leading either a large contractorengagement or a definable segment of a very large and complex contractorengagement. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the clients complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the clients solution. PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.\nYour Role\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs and strategic client engagements valued at $10M-$15M+.\nEstablish and manage program governance, delivery frameworks, project plans, milestones, resource strategies, and risk mitigation plans.\nOwn project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, profitability, margin optimization, and financial reporting.\nServe as the primary client-facing leader, building trusted relationships with executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.\nLead executive governance meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and CXO-level presentations.\nDrive successful project execution while ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.\nManage Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), contract compliance, funding approvals, and commercial governance.\nDevelop business cases, investment proposals, and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making.\nLead SAP EAM and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management transformation initiatives across asset-intensive industries.\nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise asset management solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.\nCollaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction.\nProvide leadership in issue resolution, escalation management, organizational change, and transformation adoption activities.\nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.\n10+ years of project and program management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise transformation initiatives.\n5+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP or ERP programs with budgets exceeding $10M-$15M.\nProven experience serving as an Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead within consulting or professional services environments.\nStrong hands-on expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), and SAP S/4HANA EAM.\nDeep understanding of asset management processes, maintenance operations, reliability programs, and enterprise transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated success managing project financials, revenue forecasting, profitability, budgeting, and cost control.\nExtensive experience with SOW development, contract management, change control processes, and Change Request (CR) governance.\nStrong executive presence with the ability to lead CXO, Steering Committee, and executive stakeholder discussions.\nExceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience leading global delivery teams, matrix organizations, and distributed project teams.\nStrong business and technology acumen with the ability to align transformation initiatives to business outcomes.\nExperience with SAP integrations and complementary modules such as SAP MM, FICO, Project Systems (PS), and related SAP solutions preferred.\nExperience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation, ERP modernization, and digital transformation programs preferred.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications preferred.\nExperience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Aerospace & Defense, or other asset-intensive industries preferred.\nDemonstrated strengths in financial management, client relationship management, strategic planning, risk management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive communication.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $98,497 - $281,842\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
