This role will partner closely with business, security, audit, and technology teams to strengthen access governance, manage risk, and support compliance across the SAP landscape.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and SAP security, along with the ability to translate business and compliance requirements into practical, scalable solutions.\nApplication Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions. This role should able to realize a business solution leveraging vendors and partners. The individual must have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role may also be responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Certifications: Maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology\nYour Role\nDesign, configure, implement, and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).\nSupport SAP security and role design across SAP environments, including role creation, modification, testing, and deployment.\nConfigure and maintain GRC rulesets, workflows, approval processes, risk definitions, and mitigating controls.\nSupport user access provisioning, role assignments, access reviews, and periodic certification activities.\nPartner with business process owners, Internal Audit, IT Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to address access governance requirements.\nAnalyze complex security and authorization issues and recommend sustainable solutions aligned with business requirements.\nSupport SAP implementations, upgrades, transformations, and remediation initiatives from a GRC and security perspective.\nAssist with audit requests, controls testing, evidence gathering, and remediation of identified access or compliance issues.\nDevelop functional and technical documentation, security standards, operating procedures, and solution designs.\nParticipate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.\nProvide guidance and recommendations on SAP security, access governance, controls, and GRC leading practices.\nCollaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.\nYour Skills and Experience\nStrong experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.\nStrong understanding of SAP Security, roles, profiles, authorization concepts, and user administration.\nExperience performing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, access risk assessment, remediation, and mitigation.\nExperience configuring GRC workflows, rulesets, risk libraries, mitigating controls, and access request processes.\nKnowledge of SAP role design concepts, including single, composite, and derived roles.\nExperience supporting security and access governance across SAP applications and enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of identity and access management principles, internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance processes.\nExperience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts is highly preferred.\nExposure to SAP Fiori security, catalogs, groups/spaces/pages, and related authorization concepts is preferred.\nExperience integrating SAP GRC with SAP and non-SAP systems is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security and access issues.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, security, risk, and audit organizations.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within global and cross-functional teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $101,140 - $182,624\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
