You will bring deep expertise in S&OP and Supply Planning, with exposure to Demand Planning, to design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.\nThis role combines strong SAP IBP functional expertise with modern SAP and AI fundamentals, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Activate, Clean Core principles, SAP Business AI, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. You will work directly with client stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions and identify opportunities where AI can augment SAP and supply chain processes.\nApplication Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions. This role should able to realize a business solution leveraging vendors and partners. The individual must have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role may also be responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Certifications: Maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology\nYour Role\nLead and support end-to-end SAP IBP implementations with a strong focus on S&OP and Supply Planning, with exposure to Demand Planning.\nPartner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable SAP IBP solutions.\nDesign, configure, test, and implement SAP IBP solutions supporting time-series planning models and end-to-end supply chain planning processes.\nOwn solution delivery across design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.\nDesign global solutions and capabilities that can be reused and deployed across multiple geographies.\nSupport SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, including CPI-DS and associated data integration.\nApply SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Activate, and Clean Core principles to solution design and delivery.\nIdentify opportunities where SAP Business AI and AI-enabled capabilities can augment supply chain planning and business processes.\nUtilize tools such as SAP Joule and Copilot and apply prompt-engineering fundamentals to support consulting and delivery activities.\nParticipate in AI-enabled SAP transformation initiatives, collaborating across functional, technical, data, and AI teams.\nGuide best-practice adoption and develop high-quality functional designs, configurations, test scenarios, solution documentation, and project deliverables.\nCommunicate effectively with senior client stakeholders, architects, business teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required.\n9-11 years of SAP functional experience with strong specialization in SAP IBP.\nDeep functional and process expertise in S&OP and Supply Planning, with good exposure to Demand Planning.\nStrong understanding of SAP IBP configuration, including S&OP and Supply Planning using time-series data models.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA and integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA.\nUnderstanding of SAP BTP, SAP Activate, Clean Core principles, SAP Business AI, and SAP Signavio.\nExperience with CPI-DS and cloud-based data integration.\nExperience translating complex business requirements into scalable functional designs and workable SAP solutions.\nExperience with at least two to three full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations, with significant involvement in S&OP and Supply Planning.\nFoundation-level understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business transformation.\nAbility to understand SAP Business AI capabilities, identify potential AI opportunities, and contribute to AI-enabled SAP transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with SAP Joule, Copilot, and the practical application of prompt engineering.\nExposure to SAP Signavio and business process transformation is preferred.\nHands-on SAP IBP Demand Planning experience is preferred.\nExperience delivering SAP IBP solutions across multiple geographies is preferred.\nStrong consulting, client-facing, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to independently own functional solution areas and drive delivery from requirements through go-live.\nSAP Certifications preferred \nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
