They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant to join our SAP practice and support the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Quality Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP QM, a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality business processes, and experience working in global SAP environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and analyze business requirements related to Quality Management processes.\nDesign, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.\nConduct workshops with business stakeholders to define and optimize quality management processes.\nConfigure and support key QM functionalities, including:Quality Planning\nQuality Inspection\nQuality Notifications\nAudit Management\nCertificate Processing\nVendor Quality Management\n\nIntegrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, PM, and EWM.\nSupport end-to-end SAP implementation projects, rollout initiatives, and system enhancements.\nPerform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nDevelop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments.\nProvide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.\nDeliver end-user training and create system documentation.\nParticipate in data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of SAP QM experience.\nHands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.\nStrong configuration experience in SAP QM.\nExperience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.\nKnowledge of manufacturing and quality management processes.\nExperience integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP QM Certification.\nExperience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Automotive.\nExperience with S/4HANA transformations or migrations.\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Quality Management.\nFamiliarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.\nJob Description - Grade Specific\nIndividual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions.
