This role is responsible for leading a functional workstream within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, ensuring successful delivery of business process transformation while driving adoption of SAP best practices, fit-to-standard design, and AI-enabled innovation.\nThe Workstream Lead serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project leadership, Solution Architects, and delivery teams. This individual will guide process design decisions, manage workstream delivery, and help clients modernize ERP capabilities through SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.\nThis position requires strong leadership, deep SAP functional expertise, and the ability to engage executive stakeholders while driving business value through standardized processes and SAP innovation.\nApplication Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes. Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹\nYour Role\nLead an SAP functional workstream through all phases of an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.\nFacilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide clients toward SAP best practice adoption.\nDrive business process design decisions aligned with SAP Public Cloud capabilities and Clean Core principles.\nPartner with Solution Architects and Program Leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes.\nManage workstream scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.\nCoordinate activities across configuration, testing, training, cutover, and deployment teams.\nProvide leadership during Explore, Realize, Deploy, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.\nSupport architectural governance and ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology.\nLead business process transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions while driving process harmonization, fit-to-standard adoption, and value realization.\nPartner with business and IT stakeholders to facilitate workshops, design discussions, and executive presentations, translating strategic objectives into SAP-enabled solutions and managing key risks, issues, and decisions throughout the program lifecycle.\nChampion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage SAP Embedded AI, SAP Joule, Intelligent Automation, and SAP BTP capabilities to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled business processes.\nGuide clients on SAP Public Cloud functionality, quarterly releases, and innovation adoption while promoting an AI-first mindset aligned with SAP's product roadmap.\nContribute to practice growth through thought leadership, delivery accelerators, presales support, mentoring team members, and staying current on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, AI, and emerging SAP technologies\nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.\n10+ years of SAP implementation experience.\nMinimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW with SAP) experience.\nExperience leading functional workstreams on enterprise SAP transformation programs.\nMinimum of two full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, capabilities, and implementation constraints.\nDeep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard delivery approach.\nExperience driving business process harmonization and transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate process design decisions.\nStrong executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.\nFunctional Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas: Finance (FI/CO), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Manufacturing, Supply Chain\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP S/4HANA certification in a relevant functional area.\nExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).\nKnowledge of SAP Embedded AI, SAP Joule, and Intelligent Automation capabilities.\nExperience supporting solution development, estimations, and sales pursuits.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $$82,082- $193,440\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
