Lead the fit-to-standard assessment, shape the Release 1 and Release 2 scope, and direct a small team of functional consultants from Detailed Design through SIT, UAT, deployment and Hypercare.\nRun design workshops and documentation:\nRequirements ownership:\nExperience around Service request and case design.\nExperience around Appointment and scheduling flows:\nUnderstanding of integration and data migration from legacy to Service Cloud\nQuality and system testing.\nHandover to BAU teams and participating in change documentation\nYour profile\nLet's talk about your qualifications and experience: \nHands on experience for Service cloud functional\nUtilities industry knowledge is preferred\nExperience running fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops and converting outcomes into WRICEF lists and functional specifications.\nWorking knowledge of integration patterns (SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI, REST/OData, events) and their effect on functional design.\nStrong stakeholder management and written communication; able to facilitate workshops with business and technical leaders.\nDesirable Skills\nSAP Certified Application associate in service Cloud / Customer Experience solution architecture.\nExperience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC),\nUse of feature toggles in enterprise SAP delivery; exposure to AI-assisted delivery tooling under client governance.\nAustralian utilities market knowledge (electricity and gas).\nWhat you’ll love about working here\nYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
