Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are looking for a Scrum Master (Digital Transformation) to support multidisciplinary teams in the adoption and evolution of Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering value.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).\nSupport teams in adopting and applying Agile methodologies.\nRemove impediments and facilitate the resolution of obstacles affecting team productivity.\nPromote continuous improvement through the analysis of metrics and team feedback.\nWork closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders.\nEnsure transparency and visibility regarding the progress of initiatives.\nFoster a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.\nSupport change management and the organization's Agile transformation.\nFacilitate workshops and alignment sessions between teams.\nYOUR PROFILE\nProven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.\nSolid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.\nExperience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.\nAbility to manage conflict and foster alignment across teams.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.\nGood command of English.\nNICE TO HAVE\nScrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).\nExperience in digital transformation environments.\nKnowledge of Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or other Agile methodologies.\nExperience with software development and/or infrastructure teams.\nBackground in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
