You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and continuously improve team performance.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.\nDrive delivery execution using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.\nSupport and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning activities and cross-team alignment.\nCoach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.\nIdentify, escalate, and resolve impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.\nManage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.\nTrack and analyze Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability and team performance.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nFacilitate effective communication between distributed teams and business stakeholders.\nSupport continuous process improvement initiatives within automotive software development programs.\nYour Profile\n6-9 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Agile Delivery roles.\nHands-on experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.\nExperience supporting Embedded Software Development projects within the Automotive domain.\nUnderstanding of Automotive Software Development Lifecycle and ASPICE processes.\nTechnical awareness of Embedded Systems and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts.\nStrong knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance.\nExperience managing dependencies, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.\nAbility to drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity across teams.\nStrong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\n Tools & Technologies : Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence , Miro, Agile Reporting & Dashboarding Tools\nPreferred Certifications\nSAFe Scrum Master (SSM)\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\nProfessional Scrum Master (PSM)\nWhat you'll love about working here\nYou can shape your career with us.
