In this client-facing business development role, you will connect client ambitions with our industry, technology and delivery capabilities; identify and shape opportunities; build trusted relationships; and mobilise the right expertise to create compelling value propositions and scalable engagements delivered from Poland. Your delivery experience will provide the credibility to translate opportunities into execution, expand our market presence and leverage the full breadth of Capgemini’s capabilities, solutions and assets.\nYour tasks\nIdentify, qualify and shape new business opportunities, including proactive propositions, RFPs and growth within existing client relationships.\nConnect client needs with differentiated business, industry, technology and AI-powered value propositions, linking client priorities to implementation pathways and measurable outcomes from the earliest presales stage.\nBuild trusted relationships with clients, partners, account teams and senior decision-makers, leading executive meetings, workshops and onsite engagements.\nOrchestrate industry, solutioning, Business Lines and delivery teams to create the best client outcomes.\nDevelop the MLT sector proposition, service portfolio, references, reusable assets and commercial approaches by leveraging Capgemini’s capabilities in Poland to co-create propositions, accelerate solutions and scale delivery.\nTranslate market trends and client demand into strategic priorities, driving pipeline, conversion, new relationships and revenue growth, with success measured by:Profitable growth of the MLT business based on GDC Poland’s portfolio, offerings and capabilities.\nA strong pipeline, effective opportunity conversion, and growth of new clients and strategic accounts.\nA differentiated value proposition translated into scalable offerings and solutions, including AI-powered accelerators.\nEffective orchestration of Business Lines and executive relationships around measurable client value.\n\nYour profile\nSubstantial experience in a senior, client-facing business development, account leadership or programme management role, with a strong record of building executive relationships and converting client needs into pipeline and successful opportunities.\nAbility to connect business, industry and technology perspectives and translate them into clear, compelling client propositions.\nConfidence leading in a complex international matrix, influencing stakeholders and mobilising multidisciplinary teams around shared goals.\nUnderstanding value of AI transformation and the ability to connect client expectations with propositions, sales opportunities, implementation and measurable value.\nEntrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and ownership, combined with the confidence to engage clients and shape new opportunities.\nFluency in English and willingness to travel; experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences or Telco, German market exposure or German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.\nWhat You'll love about working here\n Practical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card. \n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
