This is a varied and trusted role spanning security and DISP compliance, financial information support, and Canberra office operations.\nThe role will play a key part in maintaining our security obligations and supporting our people and operations, while also acting as a trusted interface with our ANZ Finance team for security-sensitive financial information and supporting the effective operation of our Canberra office. A strong Defence security and DISP background is important, together with the flexibility, judgement and business skills to contribute across these broader operational responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSecurity & DISP\nManage and support Capgemini’s ongoing compliance with DISP requirements across governance, personnel, physical and cyber/ICT security.\nManage and support Capgemini security clearance holders and associated Security Officer responsibilities.\nSupport the CSO with security assurance, onboarding and offboarding, training and security awareness activities.\nMaintain appropriate security documentation, reporting and records.\nPromote a strong and practical security culture across the Defence and National Security business.\nFinancial Information Support\nAct as a trusted interface between the Defence and National Security business and ANZ Finance where security requirements restrict the sharing of client information.\nCollect, prepare and provide appropriately sanitised financial and commercial information to support Finance activities.\nAssist with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for key Defence and National Security accounts.\nMaintain accurate financial information and working spreadsheets in accordance with relevant security requirements.\nCanberra Office Operations\nSupport the effective day-to-day operation of Capgemini’s Canberra office.\nSupport office security arrangements and ensure relevant DISP and physical security requirements are maintained.\nCoordinate with internal teams and suppliers on office, facilities and security matters as required.\nHelp maintain an effective, professional and secure working environment.\nYour Profile\nKey Requirements:\nCitizenship: Australian citizenship\n Security Clearance: An active Australian Government security clearance (NV1 or NV2), (reinstatable clearance considered)\nExperience: Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) knowledge.\nLocation: Canberra\nDesired Background:\nExperience managing security within a Defence and/or Defence Industry environment, preferably across a national or multi-site organisation.\nStrong, contemporary knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and/or Defence Security Policy Framework (DSPF).\nProven experience developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and training programs across national or multi-site operations, with a demonstrated ability to foster and sustain a positive security culture.\nAttention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and integrity in security-related documentation and reporting.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.\nExperience in day-to-day office management, including financial operations.\nWhat you’ll love about working here\nYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs and industry experts.
