Senior Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Description

Manage end-to-end collections activities for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring timely cash recovery, dispute resolution, Promise-to-Pay follow-up, and strong customer relationships while maintaining compliance and operational controls.

As a Team Manager you will be expected to:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable aging and past-due balances.
• Contact customers through calls, emails, and account statements to secure payment.
• Track and manage Promise-to-Pay commitments and resolve non-payment issues.
• Support customer portal management for major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Costco.
• Investigate and resolve EDI failures, deductions, disputes, and invoice-related issues.
• Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and Cash Application teams to drive issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, audit evidence, and compliance controls.
• Ensure SLA adherence and achievement of collection performance targets.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience supporting large retailers and customer accounts preferred.
• SAP knowledge required; HighRadius experience is a plus.
• Availability to support North American business hours.
