As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.\nYOUR ROLE\nOwn and develop scalable data products and semantic models using SQL and dbt.\nDefine and govern business metrics, KPIs and reusable transformation logic.\nLead data quality, testing, observability and analytics engineering best practices.\nTranslate complex business requirements into trusted, production-ready data solutions.\nDrive finance reporting migrations from SAP BW to modern data platforms.\nMentor Analytics Engineers and collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts and Scientists.\nYOUR PROFILE\n+5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Modelling or Data Products.\nStrong expertise in SQL, dbt, dimensional modelling and semantic layers.\nExperience owning end-to-end analytics solutions from requirement gathering to production.\nSolid knowledge of data quality, testing, governance, lineage and observability.\nStrong stakeholder management with the ability to define and reconcile business KPIs.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD and code review practices.\nExperience with SAP BW and finance reporting. (Nice to have)\n\nKnowledge of Databricks, Unity Catalog, dbt Semantic Layer or Cube.
