You will drive solution design and deployment across the procurement landscape, from SAP Ariba through SAP MM to OpenText VIM, while collaborating with global business and IT stakeholders.\nYour tasks\nLead SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay workstreams in international implementation, rollout, and transformation programs.\nDesign and implement end-to-end P2P solutions across SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and OpenText VIM.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.\nConfigure and optimize SAP MM processes, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Logistics, and external platforms.\nConduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.\nDrive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage stakeholders, coordinate project teams, and support governance, risk, and issue management.\nYour profile\n7+ years of SAP consulting experience, including extensive hands-on experience in SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay processes.\nProven track record in leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollout programs.\nStrong expertise in SAP MM, SAP Ariba, OpenText VIM, and end-to-end procurement and invoice management processes.\nExperience with SAP integrations across MM, FI/AP, Logistics, and third-party solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in international environments.\nExperience in business process design, documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.\nFluent Polish and English (minimum B2).\nKnowledge of SAP FI/AP integration, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Network, SAP MDG, or basic ABAP debugging skills will be an advantage.\nExperience working in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.\nWhat You'll love about working here\n Enjoy hybrid working model that fits your life - after completing onboarding, connecting work from a modern office with ergonomic work from home, thanks to home office package (including laptop, monitor, and chair).
