You will be responsible forthe development of existing business applications created according to the individual needs of customers. You will work in an international team based on agile methodologies and a professional Software Delivery Life Cycle development process.\nYOUR TASKS\ncoordinate software development process in each phase of software development lifecycle;\nnegotiate with different departments from the client during business requirements analysis process;\nact as financial domain expert on behalf of a scrum team, act as a main contact point for business stakeholders;\nwork closely with IT developers, architect, quality assurance SME, product owner - on a daily basis;\nbridge the gap between business and development team by translating business needs into technical requirements as well as explaining technical solutions to the business stakeholders;\nfacilitate refinement sessions, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements;\ncreate high-quality user stories, business and functional specification with clear and testable acceptance criteria;\nconstant cooperation, partnering with others to create, coordinate and execute on test plans: quality assurance testing (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT);\nanalyze and document data flows, data mappings;\nnegotiate with different departments from the client during business requirements analysis process.\nYOUR PROFILE\nextensive experience as Business Analyst;\nability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation;\nexperience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework;\nknowledge of BPMN, UML notations, experience with tools to create mockups;\nability to prepare clear and understandable business documentation (user stories, high level features + tools knowledge ex. Jira / Confluence;\nability to conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis;\nfluency in English (min.
