Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nLocation - New York City, NY\nJob Description\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong SQL, Production Support, and Salesforce knowledge who can independently lead a team and manage day-to-day application delivery.\nThe candidate will act as the key liaison between business users and technology teams, owning production issues, application enhancements, and releases from requirement analysis through implementation and closure.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage a team supporting business-critical applications and project deliverables.\nWork closely with business users, development, QA, and support teams on a daily basis to drive requirements and resolve issues.\nUse SQL and excel for data analysis, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and production issue investigation.\nManage production support, including incidents, defects, data issues, root-cause analysis, and resolution.\nSupport and analyze requirements related to Salesforce applications, data, and integrations.\nServe as Release Manager, owning production changes and application enhancements end-to-end.\nAnalyze business requests, translate them into clear requirements, and coordinate development, testing, approvals, and production implementation.\nAssess release dependencies and risks and ensure appropriate validation and rollback planning.\nTrack requirements and production changes through successful implementation and closure.\nProvide clear status, risk, and escalation communication to business and technology stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvements in application stability, support processes, and release execution.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on SQL, Excel and data analysis experience.\nStrong Production/Application Support experience.\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce and related data/integration concepts.\nExperience in Release and Change Management.\nExperience leading a technical/analytical team and driving deliverables.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, production deployments, incident and change management.\nExcellent business stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and ownership capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive activities to closure independently.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100000 - 130000\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
