Where you are leading across multiple teams, you will set the technical direction through the individual technical leads, helping them understand priorities, dependencies, delivery outcomes and the standards expected across their teams.\nThis role requires someone who can framework clearly, create alignment across teams, and provide the conditions for engineers to deliver confidently and consistently. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve productivity, delivery speed and solution quality.\nYou will lead in uncertain and evolving delivery environments by helping technical leads and their teams navigate change, make pragmatic engineering decisions, and stay focused on quality and delivery commitments.
