The role involves building and maintaining reliable data pipelines, improving platform performance, and ensuring high-quality data is available for business and engineering teams.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.\nDevelop and support batch and streaming data workflows.\nImprove reliability, monitoring, and performance of the data platform.\nBuild integrations between various internal and external data sources.\nImplement data gathering mechanisms on remote IoT connected devices\nTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.\nWork closely with software engineers, analysts, and platform teams.\nParticipate in architecture and technical design discussions.\nContribute to automation, testing, and CI/CD practices.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong Python and SQL experience.\nStrong Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.\nStrong Linux fundamentals.\nExperience with data warehousing solutions (Clickhouse, Redshift, etc.).\nStrong Experience with cloud-based data platforms.\nHands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.\nExperience with Kafka or other event-driven/data streaming technologies.\nKnowledge of CI/CD and automated testing.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and availability.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership.\nNice to Have:\nSpark / PySpark.\nTerraform.\nKubernetes and Docker.\nData modeling and data governance experience.\nExperience supporting large-scale production data platforms.\nAI/ML data pipeline experience.\nSeniority:\nSenior Engineer.\nStrong ownership mindset.\nAble to drive technical solutions from requirements through production.\nComfortable supporting production systems and handling platform issues.\nWhat you will love about working here?\nWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
