Your Role
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Data Operations Engineer to support and maintain our enterprise data platform. This role combines platform operations, production support, deployment management, governance, automation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, ownership, and a willingness to go beyond assigned responsibilities to ensure platform stability and business success.

Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Data Platform Operations, Snowflake Administration, or Cloud Operations.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support business-critical initiatives.
- Administer and support Snowflake environments across Production, QA, Development, and DR.
- Manage user provisioning, RBAC, access controls, service accounts, warehouses, databases, schemas, and platform configurations.
- Execute and support production deployments for Snowflake, DBT, Matillion, Streamlit, Control-M, and related technologies.
- Monitor platform performance, usage, costs, alerts, and operational health.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution.
- Handle ServiceNow requests, changes, and operational support activities.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and GitHub.
- Support governance, audit, compliance, security reviews, and access certifications.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.
