The role combines AI solution architecture, cloud technologies, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement:\nAgentic AI solutions\nGenerative AI applications\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures\nEnterprise AI assistants and intelligent workflows\nTranslate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs.\nDevelop AI applications using:\nPython\nLangChain and similar frameworks\nLLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)\nImplement:\nPrompt Engineering\nEmbeddings\nAI Orchestration\nSecurity & Governance Controls\nBuild solutions on:\nAzure, AWS ,Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\nLead technical discussions, workshops, PoCs, and solution demonstrations.\nEnsure compliance with Responsible AI, security, and enterprise standards.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.\nStrong experience building AI solutions using modern AI frameworks.\nExperience in client-facing consulting or technology delivery roles.\nKnowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, and Responsible AI practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nConsulting or professional services experience.\nExperience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nIdeal Candidate\nA senior AI consultant with expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Python, Cloud Platforms, and Enterprise AI Architecture, capable of translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions while engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $140,000 - $180,000\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
