You will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics, predictive models and executive dashboards built on procurement systems (iValua, S/HANA, Oracle), while setting standards for data quality and governance. Acting as a trusted advisor to Procurement leadership - Category Managers, Procurement Excellence and Finance - you will combine technical expertise, leadership and business acumen to turn complex data into executive-level decisions and shape how Procurement uses data and AI at scale.\nYour tasks\nDesign, build and deploy statistical and machine-learning models, including spend forecasting, supplier risk scoring, price and savings analytics and anomaly detection and translate complex procurement questions into analytical solutions and own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from hypothesis and development to production and value tracking. \nDefine the KPI framework and Procurement Dashboard roadmap, delivering decision-ready insights and recommendations to senior leadership; support sourcing, supplier management and category strategies through fact-based analysis. \nSet and enforce data standards, classifications and quality controls across procurement platforms; define data ownership and governance processes and lead the root-cause resolution of systemic data issues together with IT and data owners. \nLead business requirements definition for Procurement Dashboard streams and analytics initiatives, prioritizing the backlog according to business value; ensure that analytics and reporting solutions are well documented, scalable and adopted by the business. \nLead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts and/or data scientists, while defining best practices and code and model review standards; manage team workload, priorities and delivery quality and contribute to the development of the data and analytics capability strategy. \nPartner with senior stakeholders across Category Management, Procurement Excellence, Finance and IT; challenge assumptions and influence decisions through clear data storytelling, while driving continuous improvement and digital and AI initiatives across Group Procurement. \nYour profile\nExpert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to prioritize business impact. \nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R, including statistical modeling and machine learning. \nExpert-level knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel, with experience designing enterprise-grade dashboards and data models. \nDeep understanding of procurement data, spend analytics, and procurement or supply chain processes. \nProven experience leading analysts or data scientists and delivering analytics programs end to end. \nStrong executive communication, data storytelling, and senior stakeholder management skills. \nExperience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management. \nKnowledge of iValua, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle R12. \nFamiliarity with cloud data platforms and AI or GenAI use cases would be an advantage. \n8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including at least 3 years in a lead or management role. \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics, or equivalent professional experience. \nWhat You'll love about working here\n Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
