In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS. You will work closely with customers, development teams, and third-party service providers to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions while driving infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.\n Key Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain cloud-native solutions and infrastructure on AWS.\nBuild and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using modern automation frameworks, with a preference for AWS CDK.\nDevelop and maintain Python-based automation scripts, tools, and cloud services.\nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment, testing, and release processes.\nDevelop and support AWS Lambda functions and serverless applications.\nConfigure and manage AWS networking components, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, API Gateway, Route 53, CloudFront, and Direct Connect.\nCollaborate with customers and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues across development and production environments.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to cloud strategy and best practices.\nEnsure security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across AWS environments.\nWork independently on technical solutions while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions.\n Experience & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n10 years of hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar cloud engineering role.\nFluency in written and spoken English.\nStrong experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.\nProficiency in Python development and automation.\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC); experience with AWS CDK is highly preferred.\nGood working knowledge of Linux operating systems and Git version control.\nExperience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functions is a strong advantage.\nExperience with automated deployment and testing frameworks.\nStrong understanding of AWS core networking services, including: Amazon VPC, Transit Gateway, API Gateway, AWS Direct Connect, Route 53/DNS, CloudFront, Subnetting and network architecture principles.\nFamiliarity with AWS Custom Resources is considered a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-facing environment.\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
